3.  drives. They can be - electric (better of "LINAK" or "DEWERT"), hydraulic, screw (it is desirable that the screw had protection against an overload) depending on material and technical possibilities of a room. The screw should be made of steel, and a nut of bronze. Also fixed pneumatic springs, or a mechanical drive - combs are used for drives

 

4. side fences. it is desirable if they are around the whole bed and can be reliable fixed in extreme positions.

 

5. The mattress. It should correspond to a bed in quantity of mobile sections, and  be made of polyurethane foam and have a demountable hygienic cover.
